I am passionate about helping clients experience breakthrough, healing, and freedom. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can embark on a journey of self-discovery, find their voice, and break free from the trauma that has kept them captive.

I use a client-centered, integrated counseling approach tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I work with children (ages 5+), teenagers, adults, couples, families, and those navigating gentle trauma work related to sexual abuse and human trafficking. I also specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals and students with IEPs/504 plans.

I’ve been in education for 22 years as a teacher, administrator and virtual course designer. I am passionate about creating effective and innovative educational programs that drive real learning outcomes. With extensive experience in leadership, academic management, and program development, I specialize in optimizing technology in education to support student success. Collaboration is at the heart of my approach, working closely with parents and students to implement modern teaching strategies and industry tools. My goal is to bring strategic and innovative solutions to education. neurofeedback is an amazing tool with endless applications to education. I am excited to bring this innovative tool to students to improve their learning and emotional regulation.
